YOU AND BOTBOTIC.NET AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN A COURT OF LAW.
