The Service is operated and maintained by the individual independent developers and creators of botbotic.net (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Developers”).

By accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and disclosures contained in this Risk Disclaimer. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risks, and you should not invest or trade with capital that you cannot afford to lose.

  1. HIGH-RISK NATURE OF CRYPTOPRICES AND TRADING
    Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile, unpredictable, and susceptible to sudden price fluctuations driven by global economic factors, regulatory changes, market manipulation, and technological developments. Automated trading, even when applied to spot markets, cannot eliminate these risks. Market conditions can change rapidly, leading to substantial and immediate financial losses.
  2. NO GUARANTEES OF PROFIT OR SUCCESS
    The Developers do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the use of the Service, its automated algorithms, trading tools, or preset strategies will result in profits or prevent financial losses. All automated strategies, logic, and configurations provided are for educational, analytical, and trade-automation purposes only.
  • Past Performance: Past performance, historical backtesting data, or simulated results are not indicative, predictive, or definitive guarantees of future performance.
  • Individual Results: Actual trading results will vary based on user settings, market liquidity, third-party exchange order execution speeds, and individual risk parameters.
  1. NOT FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
    The Developers are independent software engineers and are not registered financial advisors, commodity trading advisors (CTAs), brokers, dealers, or fiduciaries in the United States, Germany, Ukraine, or any other jurisdiction.
  • No Recommendations: No content, tool, or information on botbotic.net shall be construed as a recommendation, endorsement, or financial advice to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency asset.
  • Independent Decisions: You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent research and evaluation before engaging in automated or manual trading activities.
  1. ALGORITHMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS
    Automated trading relies heavily on technology, communication networks, and third-party infrastructure. By using the Service, you assume all operational risks, including but not limited to:
  • API Disconnections and Latency: Delays or errors in transmitting API commands between botbotic.net and your external cryptocurrency exchange accounts.
  • Software Bugs or System Failures: Temporary interruptions, system crashes, maintenance downtimes, or undetected software errors in the code or algorithms.
  • Third-Party Exchange Risks: Technical downtime, liquidity shortages, unexpected delistings, or insolvency of the external cryptocurrency exchanges you connect via API keys.
    The Developers shall not be held liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or accidental orders resulting from such technological errors or system failures.
  1. NON-CUSTODIAL LIMITATIONS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
    Botbotic.net is strictly a non-custodial software service. We do not hold, manage, access, or store your digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases. Your funds remain entirely on your external exchange accounts.
  • API Key Security: You are solely responsible for creating and securely managing your exchange API keys. You must strictly configure your API permissions to allow only “Trading” and explicitly “Disable Withdrawals”.
  • Security Breaches: The Developers are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your exchange accounts, compromise of your API keys, or security breaches on your personal devices.
  1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INTENTIONAL USE
    By connecting your API keys to botbotic.net, you explicitly acknowledge that you are deploying an automated software mechanism. You accept full responsibility for all market orders, limit orders, and transactions executed automatically by the software under your account credentials. You agree that the Developers have no control over real-time market movements and cannot stop executions once triggered by your account configurations.
  2. U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DISCLAIMER (CFTC RULE 4.41)
    For users residing in or trading within the United States: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
  3. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the individual Developers from and against any and all claims, financial losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from your use of the automated trading tools, your reliance on the algorithms, or your violation of this Risk Disclaimer.
